Giving Back
WE BELIEVE IN:
- GIVING BACK
- SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY
- SHARING OUR PASSION
PARTNERS president, Cara Figgins, discusses the company’s dedication to giving back to the community and its philosophy and practices related to it.
How is giving back part of the company culture?
At PARTNERS, giving back is central to our culture – and it has been since the early days when my mother founded our family business. We’ve always valued the trust that our customers place in us to provide food crafted with only the best, most wholesome ingredients, like real butter, freshly roasted garlic, and ancient whole grains. By sharing the gourmet artisan, slow baked goods that fuel our passion, we strive to support and help lift up our community.
How do you view charitable relationships?
We look at charitable relationships as wonderful opportunities to invest in the future of the children, families, and individuals in our neighborhoods and beyond. We enjoy teaming up with non-profit organizations large and small that share our philanthropic interests and focus in the community.
What is your philanthropic focus?
We focus our support on the hard-working people throughout the Pacific Northwest who are driven to making our region a better place in which to live, work, and grow up. (We also give beyond the Northwest upon special request, since our products are available in all 50 states and Canada.) As a socially responsible and eco-conscious food company, we are especially interested in partnering with local organizations that are:
- Enhancing Children’s Lives
- Improving Health
- Promoting Nutrition
- Protecting Animals
- Preserving the Environment
What type of giving do you do?
Whether it’s donating crackers to our local food bank, providing tasty snacks for the next community festival, or creating a lovely gift basket for the next school auction, PARTNERS takes great pleasure in sharing the crackers and cookies we slow bake from scratch with integrity and responsibility.
Who do you work with?
PARTNERS is pleased to support the following organizations, representing just a portion of the difference-makers in our community with whom we partner:
