Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that crackers are fragile and some breakage may occur with transportation, but if it is an unreasonable amount, we want to know.


Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept physical returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

Refunds and/or Replacements

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund or replacements are approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
